Our strength lies in flexible production processes such as turning/milling, hard-turning, cylindrical grinding, gear cutting, erosion, generating grinding, and profile grinding, which we perform to the highest quality standards. A further core competency is our in-house heat treatment facility, where gearing components are annealed, case-hardened and cryogenically treated. Each hardened batch is tested with regard to surface hardness, case depth, and, where appropriate, microstructure condition at our in-house material testing lab. Even highly complex shape and position tolerances as well as gearing qualities can be ensured at our category 3 testing room using Zeiss and Klingelnberg measuring machines.

The power take-off (PTO) is a sophisticated mechanism, allowing implements to draw energy from the engine and transmit it to another application. It works as a mechanical gearbox which can be mounted on the vehicle’s transmission.
